Dr. Lyne Joseph earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from William James College and holds a license in Mental Health Counseling from Suffolk University. She is presently engaged in a postdoctoral residency under the supervision of Dr. Laura Russell, further advancing her expertise in clinical psychology. Dr. Joseph's therapeutic practice encompasses a broad spectrum of areas, including, but not limited to, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, stress management, and relationship dynamics.
In her clinical work, Dr. Joseph adopts a collaborative approach to therapy, emphasizing the importance of partnership between therapist and client. Her therapeutic methodology is integrative, combining elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with Person-Centered Therapy to tailor interventions that best meet the individual needs of her clients. In addition to her therapeutic practice, Dr. Joseph conducts a variety of assessment evaluations. These include, but are not limited to, personality assessments, evaluations of intellectual functioning, and the identification of learning disabilities.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Dr. Joseph is passionate about arts and crafts, which she not only creates but also sells. She also enjoys traveling and exploring new cities and countries, enriching her personal and professional life through diverse cultural experiences.
