Residents
Post-doctoral Fellow & Master’s Level Intern
All applicants must have a minimum of a master's degree in a clinically related field. We do not accept practicum students or interns who have not yet obtained a degree.
To apply for the postdoctoral residency, applicants must have completed their PhD or PsyD, including their dissertation. Those who have not yet completed their dissertation or degree conferral are welcome to apply for the master’s level residency and transition to the postdoctoral program upon completion of their doctoral degree.
Qualifications
Must hold a master’s degree or higher in a clinically related field.
Strong foundation in psychotherapy, psychological assessment, or both.
Ability to work independently while receiving supervision and collaborating with a team.
Interest in specific clinical areas (e.g., trauma, neurodivergence, assessment, couples therapy, etc.) is a plus.
Responsibilities
Provide therapy and/or psychological assessment services under supervision.
Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with professional and legal standards.
Participate in weekly group supervision and individual supervision (per licensure requirements).
Engage in professional development and training.
Collaborate with other clinicians and administrative staff as needed.

Licensed
Clinicians
LCSWs, LMHCs, Psychologists
All applicants must have a minimum of a master's degree in a clinically related field. Licensure in the clinician’s state of residence is required, and licensure in Massachusetts is strongly preferred.
Clinicians may focus on therapy, assessment, or a combination of both. Those interested in supervision, consultation, or other specialized clinical areas are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
Must hold an active LCSW, LMHC, or Clinical Psychologist license in any U.S. state.
Experience providing therapy and/or psychological assessment.
Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
Interest in specific treatment areas (e.g., trauma, neurodivergence, couples therapy, forensic assessment, etc.) is a plus.
