Yes, we accept Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, and are able to accept all plans except Medicare and Medicaid for Massachusetts state plans.
For out of state plans, such as Virginia, we can accept PPO and Federal Employee Plans (FEP). If you have an out-of-state HMO plan, please check with your insurance provider to ensure if you have coverage with our practice, as we generally cannot accept HMO plans outside of Massachusetts.

We invite you to contact our office to schedule a confidential consultation with one of our licensed therapists or providers. To optimize your initial visit, we recommend verifying your coverage and any applicable copays or deductibles with your insurance provider. Your first appointment will consist of an intake session with a clinician, where you'll collaboratively explore your needs and establish goals for therapy or assessment.

Therapy is a personal journey, and the length of treatment varies depending on your individual goals and needs. During your initial consultation, you'll discuss these goals with your therapist and establish a treatment plan. Some people find relief within a few months, while others benefit from longer-term therapy. We'll work collaboratively to assess your progress and adjust the duration of treatment as needed.

A neuropsychological evaluation typically involves three steps. 1) An in-depth interview where we'll discuss your medical history, concerns, and daily functioning. 2) Standardized testing, where you'll complete tasks designed to assess memory, attention, problem-solving, and other cognitive skills. This testing portion usually takes 3-6 hours, depending on the complexity of the evaluation. And finally, 3) A comprehensive report, in which we'll analyze your results and provide a detailed report summarizing your cognitive strengths and weaknesses.
